Terri goes above and beyond to ensure my patients are scheduled in a timely manner. I add on several patients every week in addition to my regular clinic to coordinate with orthopedics and she ensures that these add-ons occur seamlessly. Often, I ask her for these last minute since the patient may come in for urgent issues with ortho and she does this with a smile on her face. I appreciate Terri and we are lucky to have her in our division.

Amanda in her previous role as scheduler went above and beyond to ensure all my add on patients were scheduled in a timely fashion. In that scheduler role she would go beyond the description of her job to get records to ensure the consults and clinics went without a hitch. in her current position as administrative assistant she ensures that I get my records, cultures, imaging, etc. in a timely fashion so i can take better care of my patients. I truly appreciate all that she does and she is an asset to this division.
