Cari Bermel, the Fellowship Program Coordinator for the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, was recently elected Member at Large to an American College of Cardiology board called FACET. As a member of the Fellowship Administrators in Cardiovascular Education and Training organization, Ms. Bermel will work with the ACC Executive Committee to provide an interactive platform for educational opportunities and professional development.

Ms. Bermel’s service on this board will be of enormous benefit to our Cardiology Fellowship here at Iowa as she works with other fellowship coordinators from around the country as well as the Executive Committee of this national organization. Congratulations, Cari!
