My “WHY”: I have the opportunity as part of a consulting service to work with a variety of patients across all areas of the hospital which makes every day interesting and different. I enjoy working with patients to figure out how I can help them effectively manage their diabetes. I also feel very lucky to work together with the wonderful providers, nurses, and dietitians here at UIHC.
What Relaxes Me: Hiking, running, biking
Melissa is an exceptional clinical provider, dependable and compassionate. The tremendous clinical impact she makes is evident and patients appreciate her excellent care.
