We are pleased to present the next in our weekly series introducing you to Internal Medicine’s Advanced Practice Providers. In addition to sharing information about where they work in the department, we asked them each to tell us a little bit about their “Why” (the sustaining pull for their work) and what relaxes them. (Read previous weeks’ installments.)

What Relaxes Me: Spending time with my family & dog, live music, and being on/near water.
Allyson is an essential part of our multiple myeloma and transplant programs. Her expertise and calm, reassuring presence has helped countless patients and family members navigate complex diseases and treatment processes. We are very grateful to have her on our team!

Very proud of my niece! I am certain she combines her ability to focus and troubleshoot, with her ability to stay relaxed while being on top of everything! Mix that with her medical knowledge and you have a first class practitioner!
