2026 Newly Promoted Professors

This year, the Department of Internal Medicine celebrates seven promotions to professor. The group was honored in a promotion ceremony this week. UI Vice President for Medical Affairs Denise Jamieson, MD, MPH, Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs Peter Snyder, MD, and Internal Medicine Vice Chair for Faculty Advancement Ayotunde Dokun, MD, PhD, were there to congratulate them on behalf of the college and department, and present them with a framed certificate to commemorate their accomplishments.
