Late on a Monday afternoon in March, Endocrinology fellows, faculty, and staff came together to create half-burst bloom paintings. The idea for the event came from first-year fellow Darin Bagar, MBBCh, who guided her colleagues through the steps, which involved mixing paint colors, pouring them onto a canvas and then tilting the canvas as color patterns “bloomed” within the mix.
Clad in scrubs and gloves this time for an activity outside of the clinic, participants shared colors, techniques, and camaraderie as they flexed their creative muscles.
