The Faculty/Fellows as Clinician Educators (FACE) program meets once a month throughout an academic year. Its goal is to offer practical skills in a small-group, mentored setting for Internal Medicine fellows and faculty in the Division of General Internal Medicine interested in improving their abilities as teachers and trainers.

Last week, members of the FACE Class of 2024-25 met for its final session. Between celebratory cupcakes prepared by the mother of one of the program administrators, the class had one more discussion about giving effective feedback.
