On a sunny and warm Sunday afternoon, a couple dozen members of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine celebrated the arrival of another class of incoming fellows for their fellowship training programs. Tucked on the northwest end of Terry Trueblood Park, a small pavilion near a playground sheltered members of the division and their loved ones, while they helped themselves to traditional picnic fare—burgers, brats, chips, and cookies. Over the course of a couple hours, attendees caught up on each other’s lives, investing in community.
